Make KYC Country Search Consistent

Right now if a KYC provider lists a country that the Web Wallet can't understand it will present a list of all the countries from that provider that it did understand, and then when you select a country it will fail with Error: Invalid country code: <XX> -- the filtering should be consistent, either it should continue with that provider and the country codes it recognizes, or it shouldn't show the user the countries in the selection screen
