Hi Ken,

If I install rsatscan pkg and then install Satscan on Win10 I think this confuses the package as it doesn't know where the program is. It will say it can't find the ssenv object. Please could you add explicit advice to package installation instruction to make sure the package is installed first, or maybe the package should just refuse to install if there is no Satscan folder in C:/Program_Files.

Did you ever figure out a workaround for this? The package also cannot find the program for me, and I also have windows 10.

Hi!

I also encounter similar challenges and error messages and wonder if there is a solution to implement. (I have Window 10 and am running R 4.0.3.)

I modified the impacted lines to reflect the location of SaTScan on my machine, but the error persists:

"SaTSscan is not there or is not runnable."

When I run SaTScan as a standalone application, it runs fine. I've also tried reinstalling rsatscan without success.
