About/contact: move portrait, add about text card, and update portrait styling

Motivation

• Improve the About & Contact layout by placing the portrait next to the contact form for better visual flow.
• Emphasize the four about paragraphs with a clear header and a contained card to improve readability.
• Change the portrait outline gradient to orange/red to match the requested visual style.
• Add a dark, rounded border around the about text to separate content visually while keeping responsive behavior.

Description

• Moved the <figure class="about-portrait"> into the contact column above the form in about-contact/index.html.
• Wrapped the four about paragraphs in a new .about-text-card with an h2 heading in about-contact/index.html.
• Added and updated CSS in assets/css/about-contact.css: introduced .about-text-card and .contact-column, changed .about-portrait background gradient to orange/red, and updated the portrait image border color.
• Adjusted shadows, padding, and responsive padding for the new card and portrait to keep layout consistent on smaller screens.

Testing

• Started a local preview server with python -m http.server for quick verification, and the server started successfully.
• Ran a Playwright screenshot script to capture the updated page, which failed due to the headless Chromium process crashing in the environment.
• No automated unit tests were part of this static content change.
• Changes were committed and show as modifications to about-contact/index.html and assets/css/about-contact.css.
