Consolidate the two keyoku working trees

Two local clones exist: ~/Development/Keyoku/keyoku-harness (runs the live MCP) and ~/Development/Keyoku Harness/keyoku-harness (site deploys). Editing the wrong one ships nothing — we nearly did. See docs/REPO-MAP.md.

Done when:

• One canonical working copy; the other archived/removed.
• docs/REPO-MAP.md updated to state the single source of truth.

docs/REPO-MAP.md now declares the canonical local tree (~/Development/Keyoku/keyoku-harness — the one the live MCP runs) and how to remove the other clone. The actual deletion/archival of the second checkout is a maintainer action (it may hold uncommitted work, so it is not safe to delete programmatically). Leaving open for that one step.
