Epic: road to production-complete (tracking)

Tracking the gaps between "the muscle-memory loop works" (done, v2.11.0) and "production-complete". All items are harness (Keyoku-ai/keyoku); none are keyoku-engine.

Status: 5/8 done (shipped through v2.12.0); 3 remaining need the maintainer.

Learning / automation

Update: #52 (docs + site) is done — keyoku.ai redeployed with an animated muscle-memory LoopDiagram and the zero-dependency reuse story. 6/8 shipped. Only two maintainer-only items remain: #50 (npm Trusted Publishing toggle) and #51 (delete the 2nd local clone).

Stable. v2.12.1 is marked the stable baseline (GitHub release set to latest): feature-complete, advertised claims verified against code, 263 tests + CI eval green, all persistent logs bounded. Only the two maintainer-only items remain (#50 Trusted Publishing, #51 repo consolidation) — neither is product capability.
