The trading command, while currently provides adequate data for scouting locations to buy/sell commodoties, it does not currently support the ability to narrow search results down by location or type of item, nor does it properly leverage the trading/commodities api provided by UEX.
this should also alow for interacting with the UEX API directly by letting users submit reports and updates through the bot

- submit to UEX
- UEX daily news
perhaps move UEX specific interactions to a UEX command.
