Move left-chunk/right-chunk stuff out of "open project" dialog to appropriate component #17
Description
Currently there is a .left-chunk CSS class in the OpenProjectDialog component, inherited from the original codebase's project settings dialog (which was in turn specialized to act as an open project dialog). When the project settings component appears, move the left-chunk/right-chunk stuff there.
