TS0601 Curtain motor not supported

I'm trying to write an external converter for my Tuya TS0601 Curtain Motor. Was wondering if someone can guide me through the process.

I managed to extract the data points from the Tuya Platform:

I managed to extract the data points from the Tuya Platform

I want to copy your result. I have a similar device but with a different name. _TZE28C1000000_alh14edn
Specifically it says: manufacturerName: '_TZE28C1000000_alh14edn'.

I have used your converter and it mostly works. I can open/close/stop and set position. However the position is not getting updated when the roller moves. work_state does not update either. So I would like to follow your way and adjust converter to my specific device.

@u17194907425 Sure. I basically followed https://www.zigbee2mqtt.io/advanced/support-new-devices/03_find_tuya_data_points.html to try and guess what datapoints to support. You can look at the Tuya platform to figure out what datapoints your device supports.

Hi! I got the same motor. Here are its tuya data points:

  Border - 16
  Control - 1
  Curtain position setting - 2
  Current curtain position - 3
  Motor Direction - 5
  jolcon - 101
  Work State - 7
  Fault - 12
  Battery Percentage - 13

In order for the position to be updated correctly, you need to set the lower and upper limits on the device itself.

total_time, situation_set - I couldn't get it to work

I see in your config that they are mapped to the datapoints 10 and 11. But I do not see them in the list of datapoints you have shared... maybe there is no such data exposed by this motor?
