What happened?
Hello,
I bought AAA Cell-powered vibration sensors from Aliexpress and received these ones :

The units are detected by Z2M vesion 2.11.0-1 as OneNuo and as model [TS0210 / _TZ32101000000_5oy7cysk]
Unfortunately, vibration is not reported and remains "unknown".

There are some posts about that device and some require external converter.

I gave it a try. Blue arrow then appears in Z2M, refering to external converter and seems to work but not reliably.
Sometime, shaking device, unit led blinks detecting the move but nothing detected by Z2M/HA.
On top of, adding External converter breaks my other vibration sensors like [ TS0210 / _TZ3000_lzdjjfss ]
that worked properly without. These now-broken-sensors are also linked to external converter (blue-arrow badge).
Removing External converter and restarting Z2M resumes my [ TS0210 / _TZ3000_lzdjjfss ] units, great,
but I return in original problem with [ TS0210 / _TZ32101000000_5oy7cysk ] units ...
Tryed repairing [ TS0210 / _TZ32101000000_5oy7cysk ],
retried pairing with new cells, shaking when pairing .... no change.
Same prob with 4 new sensors. I do not believe having 4 defective units ...
