SubConnect Restructuring

We need to restructure SubConnect by separating the example packages into an examples folder. To do this, please follow these steps:

1. Create an examples folder in the root directory.
2. Move the packages/subconnect directory into the examples folder.
3. Add examples from other packages, such as:
   • https://github.com/NamPhamc99/test-wagmi-connect
     • Please try to install latest version of wagmi and also fix Wagmi connector types are not compatible with latest version of wagmi #17
   • https://github.com/saltict/web3-react/tree/v6/example
     • Please ensure this package with work ok with node 18

Please make sure that every example runs and works correctly.
