Upon the release of a DNS operator, we will build binaries of the kubectl-dns plugin. This cli has a dns subcommand that works as a proxy for this plugin. For consistency, on release the .tar should have two binaries - kuadrantctl and kubectl-dns.
This can be progressed once we have executed a release that provides the binaries (i.e. 1.2).
