the Limitador CRD's spec.listener.{http,grpc} only exposes port, no IP/host field — so there's no way to work around bug Kuadrant/limitador#496 declaratively even after it's fixed upstream. Any environment that isn't happy with 0.0.0.0 (IPv6-only clusters, specific interface binding) can't use the operator at all right now.
