Create script for extracting pre-release images for downstream testing

Take the 4 images from errata, merge it to one, push it to private quay with pull secret. Create copy of redhat-operators for upgrade testing. Do this for every supported ocp version.

 edit helm-install to use pull-secret in catalogsource, add pull-secret to additionalManifets.yaml
