Open Config for explicitly defining tasks

• Generate new config types from kuadrant-operator

• (future): we would now have the 'cache warming' in one place - on the DynamicTask creation - we could pull this out into something that 'prepares' the task, and one that applies it - grab out all needed props, once all are present transition from preptask to inner.
