Openshift VM becomes unreachable after reboot

Hi,

I have cluster that is brought up with OCP 4.12.(OVN kubernetes)
I am trying to reboot(sudo reboot) one of the worker node. The node reboots, but the IP is not reachable from outside. Say ping 10.0.0.X from hypervisor is not reachable. After the next reboot using "virsh reboot ", it becomes reachable.

Really appreciate if any hints to solve this issue.
