Metronome doesn't allow sound-per-beat customization

For example, in acoustic metronomes, the bell ding should only be the first beat out of every X adjustable number of beats.

I'll do this as part of the metronome redesign I have in mind, it will take me a while longer.

Would love to have a bell or audible indicator for the first beat in time signature as well.
