To transfer data directly from isilon to dcc, you need to connect to isilon before you log into dcc, then navigate into isilon through the terminal using this "cd /Volumes/All_Staff/". Once your are in this folder, navigate to whichever folder you want to transfer the files from and run "scp -r /Volumes/All_Staff/Sequencing/Sequencing2023/[sequencing run]/ [netid]@dcc-login.oit.duke.edu:/hpc/group/ldavidlab/users/[path to the folder you want to store in]"
