The measuring for the distance to touchdown currently considers the far end the runway (opposite threshold).
The IAT is only used for arrivals. I wouldn't also remove the existing Impending Arrival Window (IAW), but keep them as they are and add a new option for the IAT, preferably in the Display section. It's not an actual alert.

The IAW should actually be added to the Display section and be the only trigger to display these windows or not. The selection in the Conflict Alert windows should only determine, what movements are eligible to generate a RIMCAS (similar as the RIMCAS area is not displayed).

That's definitely a bug, could you send me your Profiles.json so I can try to reproduce it ?

It seems like the IAT is picking up a landed aircraft after passing the landing threshold and then counting again to the opposite threshold. I'll send you the profile.
