Description

Use Stellar's Claimable Balances to pay employees who haven't yet set up a trustline or even a wallet. Allow them to claim their salary once they establish the necessary trustline to ORGUSD.

• Employee notification includes instructions to claim.
• System tracks "Pending Claims" status in UI.
