MBF not extracting

When I connect my Android to Quest 3S, it says the following message:[

i thought i'm the only one could you use it before?

i used android 15 but my Phone broke so i use android 10 hope its not because of the android version

It is fixed for me Im not sure wich version its mine but I think 12-14
