New patch RIGHT NOW?.. Can't use the MBF

Apparently there's a new patch right now that isn't supported by you yet?
can we have it patched please?
I really used it just 3 days ago and it worked wonderful, but tonight a friend tried and he's getting this:

Sadly a week had passed.. and still there is no patch available.
What should we do?
We were hopeful when it said on the website "from 30 minutes to 24 hours" but it didn't happen..

There is, in fact, a patch available for 1.42.1. There are also now patches for 1.42.2. Are you sure you refreshed the page?
I believe MBF is working fine for everybody else.

I am a very busy uni student and really don't have much time to do these sorts of things. Luckily members of the community step up and do it for me, which is why you got the patches within about 2 days of the update.
