[Feature Request] scoreboard objective

Not really a problem

Describe the solution you'd like

A simple scoreboard objective for a deathcounter - basically an integration that adds + 1 to the selected scoreboard [optionally only when] a grave is successfully created. This would allow to only count deaths towards the scoreboard in regions or worlds that graves can be created. (eg counter doesnt count in a pvp arena region but counts when playing normal survival).
There aren't really any decent plugins that can do this, or even a basic per-world deathcount (at least I havent found any), but eitherway it would be nice if it was integrated with the graves.
