Get Started in 5 Minutes

This guide walks you through setting up MedStrato and completing your first tasks.

See how the tender, compliance, product, and KOL workflows fit together. Follow the highest-value workflow from RFP intake to submission. Use the live workspace after company profile and product data are ready.

Configure Company Profile

Your company profile provides context for AI-generated content.

  1. Go to Settings then Company Profile
  2. Enter your company information:
    • Company name
    • Industry focus (e.g., structural heart, orthopedics)
    • Key products
    • Target markets
  3. Click Save
The more complete your company profile, the better MedStrato AI understands your context.
  1. Go to Tenders from the main navigation
  2. Click New Tender
  3. Add the tender name, issuer, country, estimated value, and submission deadline
  4. Upload the RFP or specification files
  5. Run AI Parse to extract requirements
Tender workflows perform best after your **Company Profile** and **Products** are configured, because AI matching needs company context and product specifications.
