Extracting a .zip fails

Extracting x.txt from the attached .zip fails.

Been trying to figure it all...
The ExtraFieldLength attribute for the x.txt from the central dictionary differs from the ExtraFieldLength attribute for the file on the file header. One with 24, other with 28.
Dont know why yet.
