Peripherals initialisation for Nucleo-144 STM32F767.

Current peripherals:

• Display with touch screen and SD card module (SPI + 6 output pins + 1 input pin + 1 timer output),
• Blue button (user purposes - temporary),
• LEDs reg, gree, blue (were in standard STM32CUbeMX generation mode),
• Camera (DCMI, I2C, clock signal, ...)
