Our team has recently bought a limelight 3A and i've tried to set it up. But after the first run, it starts losing connection, and by that i mean that it loads the dashboard when connected, but the dashboard keeps loading and won't stop.
I've tried restarting it from the hardware manager but it didn't work either. I've checked the web console from dev tools and it just keeps saying "Attempting to reconnect...", and yeah we've tried it on multiple pc's. Anyone has any idea what could cause this issue and how can we fix it?
