Our goal is to produce open-source genealogy software that is both intuitive for hobbyists and feature-complete for professional genealogists.

Build

macOS

  1. Install Xcode
  2. Install Cocoapods
  3. Open terminal, go to the project directory and run cd macos and then pod install
  4. In Finder, go to Lineage/macos and open Lineage.xcworkspace in Xcode
  5. From Xcode, you can click run (the play button) to build Lineage
