Equalising function not working

Hi Matt,

Thank you so much for sharing your tutorial on Youtube. I'm very new and just starting to use Praat script. I want to normalised the time of my sound clips. I tried your script. The window of 'Equalizing duration' did show up but after I finished the setting and clicked OK just like you taught, nothing happened. I don't see any equalised sound created in the object window. May I ask what the problem might be?

Hi Claire, I’m afraid I don’t have enough info from your email to know what the issue might be. But it’s possible that the file path used in your script isn’t a correct path. In that case, the list of sounds in the folder would be length zero, and the script would do nothing. Matt
