consistency in Psalms reference formatting #353

Another suggestion by CodeRabbit, which does make sense, is to have consistent reference formatting for Psalms. In the Italian Missal, Psalms which have different numbering in the Hebrew text compared to the Vulgate will have the Hebrew numbering as primary and the Vulgate numbering in parentheses. I have applied this in some cases, but skipped it in others. This should be consistent with each Missal.

Inconsistent style: “Psalm 66 (67)” here vs “Psalm 104:…” elsewhere. Pick one policy (e.g., Hebrew primary, Vulgate in parentheses) and apply repo-wide.
