[Feature request] Dashboard setting to set columns number

As a user, I want to be able to set the number of columns to make the dashboard more compact.

ER: I am able to set number of columns and links are located in a middle of the screen in compact grid.
AR: It looks weird to have links all in one long line on a big screen.
