Combined moji with romajinizer

Hi Paul,

This is not an issue - I just wanted to let you know that I have combined the functionality that you provide in kana2rom, which is in a gem called romajinizer, with the moji gem, and created a new gem called ikayzo-moji_plus_romajinizer. It basically adds the methods to the String class, so you can call the methods from any String object.
