Where to supply provisioning certificate?

With iResign we have to provide 3 things:

1. .ipa file: Actual App
2. Signing Certificate of the Organisation/Team (from Keychain)
3. .mobileprovision file: Provisioning Certificate for the App ID

What is the equivalent in ReSignMe? Otherwise the resulting .ipa will still have an expired provisioning certificate.
