Discover EP weirdness

Discover EP is not yet fully compatible:

• We are treating "bitsToDiscover" as an ID telling the EP what information should be disclosed. However it may actually be a bitmask given the length of the numbers sent in that field. With each bit meaning some field to disclose maybe?
• There's still info the server is not returning compared to the official one
• In some instances, a different mask is sent, containing a very long string of zeroes and ones. This has been observed in custom matches with several players

The bitsToDiscover is in fact a bitmap sent by the client to specify which pieces of information it keeds. Each bit corresponds to one Bit" property on the response JSON

This is what we currently know (1s mean we've seen that bit sent in some capacity and 0s means we haven't)
