SPIE 2025 Paper on Scalable and Cost-effective Processing of dMRI data

  • calculate*.py files are used to test the latency, bandwidth, and timing to run freesurfer

Containerization Paper

Small experiments for Timing bandwidth and processing time for ADSP Informatics Paper.

  • containerization/extract_hippo_50.ipynb: for supplemental figure 1
  • containerization/nondeterminism_variability/: for the nondeterminism variability checks for PreQual

As this was mostly a methods paper rather than an experiments paper, there are not many scripts to run
