Summary

Export SPDX/CycloneDX AI-BOM from inventory and scan metadata.

Problem

GAP-106 is Missing (P1). Planned inventory cyclonedx format not implemented.

Acceptance Criteria

  • Export format implemented
  • CLI flag and schema documented
  • Regression tests on fixture inventory
