Steps

1. Install grayskull: pip install grayskull
2. Generate recipe: grayskull pypi --use-v1-format --strict-conda-forge timeSpace
3. Fork conda-forge/staged-recipes
4. Add recipes/timespace/meta.yaml
5. Open PR for review
6. Once accepted, package gets its own feedstock repo

After initial setup, the conda-forge bot auto-creates PRs when new PyPI releases are published.
