feat: option to use icons instead of colored ellipse glyphs

Add an option to render each process as a small icon/pictogram instead of a colored ellipse on the Stommel diagram.

Motivation: icons can make it easier to distinguish processes at a glance, especially when many ellipses overlap or have similar colors.
