I have my data already parcellated using the Desikan-Killiany atlas. I would like to use the "rotate_parcellation" function which requires the coordinates of the regions for the left and right hemisphere.
Are these coordinates readily available in the ENIGMA matlab toolbox for popular atlases, including the Desikan-Killiany atlas.
