Double powerups when both players die in a round

Describe the bug
If both players die in a round, then the player who died first will get to choose 2 powerups

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to the edge of the map with both characters
2. Use one of them to kill the other
3. Right after you kill the other guy jump off
4. Then it will let the person who died first choose a powerup
5. A few seconds later it will let the player who died first choose another powerup
