HTTP API requests to well-known router admin panels for port forwarding management

We have support for PCP and planned support for UPnP - but this would give a even greater flexibility, yet at a higher cost.

We'd want to explore a highly-configurable or scriptable solution to allow making HTTP requests (possibly a sequence of) to control the admin panels of the routers.
