broken links to pdf docs from website and GitHub readme page

Hello.
When I tried to download or just view the pdf of the glossary (and all others actually, workflow etc), I get an error message either 404 not found or pdf invalid

This is still true. I can't access the terms of use via the link in the readme. And even clicking on the link in the file list at the top of the landing page doesn't render the pdf in the browser. Though, downloading works - bizarre.

In any case, if I click on the link in the readme I'd expect to see or download the TOU and neither happens.

Also coming from the macaquenet website (https://macaquenet.github.io/documentation/) the link to the TOU doesn't work.

I've updated the links in the README for: terms of use, glossary and relational schema (they weren;t working for me either - old links). The rest of the links in the README are working for me.

We've also checked the links on the documentation page on the website: https://macaquenet.github.io/documentation/ and they all work too.

@gobbios let us know if you're still having issues, have you tried a different browser? Probably won't make a difference but...
