preserve "send blind to gm" button status in saved rolls

When you make die rolls, make the "send blind to the GM" option:

• preserved in the recent rolls history so it is repeated when you click on it again next time
• possible to store in your die-roll presets so you can set up ready-to-roll abilities that should go to the GM by default

OOoh, actuallly, why not add a button to the "recent die rolls" set which says "save this to my library of presets"? so if you manually make a die roll that you realize you are going to keep making you can just click that to make it permanently part of your library.

UI: When you rolled dice with "to GM" checked, the "to GM" box in recent rolls is checked. when you click the recent roll button, or a preset button, or table button, its "to GM" checkbox is what determines if that roll goes to the gm. However, if the main "to GM" button for the roller is checked, then all "to GM" buttons are checked and greyed out because that's manually forcing all die rolls to go there. When that's unchecked, the others return to their actual states.
