die-roll upgrades

Add support for the new die-roll features including |crit, |ac, |target, <critical damage>, etc.
include a way to select targets easily on the map

partial support so far. the server-side support for this is in place with protocol enhancements that allow clients to have a richer implementation but so far no immediate plans to do all of the above, but targeted attacks will probably be the first to go into place to make it faster to score damage against targets by the gm during large combats.
