Timers don't always understand their true lifetime. When the mapper restarts with timers already in play they may start over at 100% even though they've already burned down some because they don't retain any knowledge of how much they've already gone down.
The end result is still accurate since they will reach 0 at the right time, but they'll display 100% when they restart (and then just count down to 0 faster than they would have originally so they reach 0 at the right time).
Fix this so they resume where they left off and run at a consistent rate at all times.
