Memory leak issue

Hi, I just tried this library in one of my project and I found some issue with the delegate variable. This variable is declared as strong variable means that if I will write:

`layout.delegate = self`

I am actually holding a strong reference to my view controller. This delegate needs to be changed to **weak** so the view controller can be released.
