I really appreciate your OpenMPIData, but i want to know the absolute temperature of the scanner tube during the data acquisition, and which type of perimag did you adopt, plain, NH2, COOH or streptavidin? Looking forward to your reply!

That is hard to know since we did not measure the temperature. Certainly it was room temperature (20-22 degree). Perimag was plain.

Thanks for your explain. I have another question, was the perimag solution in the delta sample diluted to 100mmol(Fe)/L or not?diluted by water?

All dilutions were made with water. The original concentration from micromod was higher, so yes they were diluted.
