CI: Conda tos breaking builds

Given the recent? change to conda's terms of service https://www.anaconda.com/legal , conda now asks users to confirm that they read their tos. However, this breaks CI procedures https://www.anaconda.com/docs/getting-started/tos-plugin#troubleshooting .
As far as the actual new tos changes anything for us: No: this is a code meant for scientific research, written by people working at a university, so nothing changes for us.

Or it might be that is just way too slow at solving the conda environment currently..., as it did eventually succeed in creating a python environment
