Merge Chapter parts when chapter is complete #3
Description
FMD3 should keep a field in the table that links float chapter number to it's chapter.
Thus Ch.3.4 would be part of Ch.3
Eventually once the scanner finds chapter 4, it should merge all parts of chapter 3 under one file
