Add style option to commandline parameters
Document conventions the code already follows Add rules that were in force but unwritten: k-prefixed constexpr constants, const& parameter passing, ctor/dtor first in a .cpp, and doxygen comment style. Spell out the Qt type rule (qint32/qreal/qsizetype) plus its external-API exception, that an enum class name carries no _e suffix, and that the slot prefix applies to the declaration rather than the connected Qt signal. Existing enum class types with unprefixed items now read as violations.
