This appears to be an invalid NPK file, either its a new format thats fully encrypted or its missing data or its supposed to be loaded along with other NPK files and so it's missing header information

The index data seems to be taking up 48 bytes per file, and the last 16 bytes are fixed. Due to the file encryption, you can't load it directly without decrypting it, but I have a temporary method.
Since all data is compressed by zstd, and zstd has a fixed frame header, you can split the data directly, and zstandard will detect the frame data range to complete decompression.
